This memorial bracelet honors the UPS crew members, Captain Richard Wartenberg, Captain Dana Diamond, and First Officer Lee Truitt, who lost their lives in the crash of Flight 2976 in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 4, 2025. 
 
Crafted from anodized aluminum, the bracelet measures 1/2 inch wide, 7 inches long, and .05 inch thick. The names are laser etched alongside the quote:

“To fly west, my friend, is a flight we all must take for a final check.”
 
Each bracelet includes the IPA union logo and a memorial ribbon. These details show respect for the crew and the aviation community they served.
 
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the UPS 2976 Memorial fund.
