This memorial bag tag honors the UPS crew members, Captain Richard Wartenberg, Captain Dana Diamond, and First Officer Lee Truitt, Who tragically lost their lives in the crash of Flight 2976 in Louisville, Kentucky on November 4, 2025.
 
Made from anodized aluminum, each tag measures 2 inches by 3 inches and .039 inches thick. The front features a memorial ribbon, the names of the three fallen crew members, and the quote:
 
“To fly west, my friend, is a flight we all must take for a final check.”
 
The back displays the IPA union logo, a symbol of unity, strength, and respect within the UPS pilot community.
